I was looking though my folders of fan art work as i felt in the mood for doodling a fan cartoon but not Sonic for know see galley anyway i came across some old images i did of top cat as i used to have a video of him and i enjoyed watching his never ending schemes on money making anyway i thought i would modernize my Top cat but make him more closer to the real thing
